Not worth the high cost

The fact that you took the money, refused to refund and have used the same excuse that it has left your pharmacy and the problem is with Royal Mail customs is a big fat joke and a lie. It’s also fraud to take money and not provide the service. It’s been almost 4 weeks and nothing. Your phone lines don’t work either and emails send you respond days later with the same excuse. Fake fake fake

Customer service very poor

Customer service is really poor. If you have any issues with delivery the team are terse and dismissive. Their attitude is one of they’re doing you a favour not you’re the customer.

Chloe - the first thing you could do is make sure you have stocks before putting them on line. Time and time again deliveries are delayed for an indefinite period. You can’t run a business like that. So unhelpful
