Could be worse

I have never had to make a claim and the price increase if any was ok but I wasn’t keen on the extra £60 a year they wanted to insure my ring !

Not had to claim. e-mail gave me plenty of time to decide whether to stay. Price not increased and paperwork received on time. (paperless option available)
