Please note that all our helium cylinders are pressure-checked before dispatch, so it is very unusual for one to under perform. To help us investigate this further, could you please confirm the size and number of balloons you attempted to inflate? For reference, a single small helium cylinder typically inflates: •30 x 9” Latex Balloons •16 x 11” Latex Balloons •12 x 12” Latex Balloons •14 x 18” Foil Balloons •Or 2–3 large letter or number balloons If you have any photos of the balloons or the canister in use, that would also be very helpful.
