Hello, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We're glad the delivery was quick, but we understand your concern about the canister. Please note that all our helium cylinders are pressure-checked before dispatch, so it is very unusual for one to under perform. To help us investigate this further, could you please confirm the size and number of balloons you attempted to inflate? For reference, a single small helium cylinder typically inflates: •30 x 9” Latex Balloons •16 x 11” Latex Balloons •12 x 12” Latex Balloons •14 x 18” Foil Balloons •Or 2–3 large letter or number balloons If you have any photos of the balloons or the canister in use, that would also be very helpful. We’d really like to get this resolved for you and appreciate your cooperation. Kind regards,
