From the notes on your booking I understand the driver was held up in traffic. Our team attempted to keep you as updated as possible and I believe you were contacted on 3 occasions with an update. Unfortunately collections and deliveries are not guaranteed and drivers are sometimes unable to make collections. Our team are happy to update you at any point during the booking/collection/delivery process should you require assistance.

PP did reply promptly & courteously to my emails, even though that didn't resolve the problem (which was UPS was going to an incorrect address).

Please accept our apologies that there was a problem with this shipment - it appears the driver in France was unable to locate the delivery address, as you rightly say. We're pleased to see that you have recently shipped with ParcelsPlease again and that you enjoyed a 2 day service from the UK to France (collected on 23rd and delivered on 25th).
