Parcel smashed in France. PP paid out the £60 insurance but refused to refund the delivery fees as they said UPS had charged THEM. I think Trading Standards would have been on my side over this. UPS...

Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback, it is very much appreciated. Please accept our apologies that your parcel was damaged in transit. I understand that you were unable to provide photographs of the packaging - without these photographs we would normally be unable to proceed with a claim and offer compensation. I am pleased to see however that we paid £60 compensation as a gesture of goodwill - we hope that this in some way made up for the fact that your item was damaged. I'm pleased that you've previously had excellent experiences with ParcelsPlease and I'm sure you will again should you choose to use our services. Unfortunately due to the nature of logistics, there will occasionally be damages - we are pleased to say however that for ParcelsPlease customers, these are few and far between. Many thanks once again for your feedback.
