Disappointed wrong item delivered and not resolved as quick as would like

The wrong item was delivered and when made initial call was told to come to shop to bring item back and collect another one!! Firstly would not fit in my car when I have two children to squeeze in...

Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to discuss your order over the telephone. Firstly, we are very sorry indeed that the incorrect item was delivered - that was a mistake on our part. Our hutches are despatched from our distribution centre in Suffolk and the quickest option for an exchange would have been with your local Notcutts garden centre but we appreciate that this was not convenient for you. We did our very best to get the correct hutch to you a couple of days later and hope that our actions and resolution have gone at least some way to restoring your faith in us. We also hope that your new pets have settled into their new home.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that we have not been able to discuss your comments with you and that the chimenea was not quite as you expected. As outlined in our correspondence, our supplier has advised that as the chimenea is hand painted, the finish will vary slightly, being beige/green in colour. The supplier has also advised that they will review the images on the website with their design team to ensure this is reflected correctly and in the meantime we have updated the description on the product page so that our customers are aware of the variation.
