An Excellent Service
We have used Notcutts bird food before, and it was nice to find we could order online. Delivery was very quick, and the resident flock of goldfinches appreciated the result.

Poor service damaged goods
Extremely poor service. I was delivered some1 else's damaged returned tree . Then asked to take it to the post office to return it !!! Disgusted !

Thank you for your feedback. As expressed on the telephone, we are very sorry that this occurred which we believe to have been an error at our distribution centre. We can see from our records that once we were made aware of the matter, we set about arranging an exchange with your local Notcutts garden centre, whose driver delivered the replacement tree to you at home within a couple of hours of the problem being raised. We are glad that we were able to resolve this so quickly.
