Great Expectations!

Excellent service to date. Have yet to receive final documents, due in a few weeks and then to experience the holiday. We are really looking forward to it and trust it will al be great.

Hi Belinda, we are very sorry you didn't have a positive experience at the Sheraton Port Douglas. From your file I can see notice of the renovations was printed on all quotations and documents. Once you decided to move accommodations our customer service team did the best they could to move you to another hotel but there was no availability. We apologise about the mix up with the Kuranda tour, we are working on our communication with our suppliers to make sure this doesn't happen again.
