We are sorry to hear you had issues with our labels. We will contact you to discuss the issues to try and find the problem as this is one of our most popular products with customers returning to buy more! It is important to remember that our Stick On Labels need to be applied to the care labels within your clothes. If it was the Iron Ons you have had issues with it is likely they hadn't been under a hot iron for long enough.

Service is great, but despite washing at a low temperature and holding the labels down once attached, more than half have come off in the washing machine.

It is important to remember that these labels MUST be applied to the care labels on the item of clothing to enusre the best results. The labels are also not a permanent solution to labeling your clothing, if it is a long tem solution you are after please take a look at our Iron On Labels.

I'm really sorry about this; we had just changed the cutting blade and hadn't adjusted the cutting depth correctly so that the backing paper was cut into making them hard to peel.
