We are so sorry you are having issues using our Bag Tags, this is not an issue that has been taken up with us in the past. When securing the Bag Tag onto a bag/ zip please make sure you thread the band through the hole, then stretch the band open and thread the plastic label back through the loop you made. Hopefully this helps or maybe you could try attacthing it to a bag handle or strap instead by wrapping the elastic band around the handle and threading the plastic label back through the elastic band. We will also get in contact with you to ensure the issues are resolved.

We are sorry you had issues with trying to get some of our labels to stick, although we fear there may have been some confusion! Our colourful stickers are for the use on items such as lunchboxes, pencils and drinks bottles etc. If it is clothing you wish to label this is what our iron labels are for (the white labels on clear backing) and these must be applied with an iron by following our instructions that come with your order.
