took out insurance with this company as was a good price for new for old cover, how ever after 5 or 6 weeks i didnt recieve any email or documents at all, after chasing them up they did forward...

They were great to deal with the only problem I have .that I have to give a copy to the warden on site and I have not got one as I don't have a printer to do it
called after getting 2 quotes specified which i needed and when checked e mai next day they had charged for the other quote Called again and also said couldnt downloab document speifically my name...
