Thank you for your feedback, to keep costs down for our customers we make all documentation available electronically, however, we are able to issue hard copy documents via the post where required for a small charge to cover printing, postage and admin costs.
This should have been pointed out to you at the time of your purchase and so, as a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged for copy documents to be issued to by first class post.
