Thank you so much for your continued support and for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We're really sorry to hear that your order took longer to arrive than expected, especially with it being a gift for your daughter-in-law. While we're thrilled to know you've always been happy with the quality of our pieces, we completely understand how frustrating it is when something doesn't arrive in time for a special occasion. Some of our items have extended dispatch times and whilst we do our best to make this known we will be feeding back to our web team that the delivery information displayed on product pages and within order confirmations could do with being more prominent, to help manage expectations more clearly in future.
