I am delighted with the product. I didn't give 5 stars, as it took quite a long time to find a suitable appointment to have the moulds made and it then took quite a few days longer than I expected...
Excellent product (works really well at rock concerts and quite cool looking too) Excellent customer service will stage by stage communication throughout.
The service received was nothing short of First Class throughout the entire process, from first contact and initial inquiries through my visit for ear impressions and keeping me updated to progress...
slow service and i had to travel to another town to get my ears molded
