Very poor response times, still no response after 2 weeks.

Respond to support cases. 2 weeks without a response is unacceptable. At most 24hrs but a response within a few hours is what I would want and would be great customer service.

Hello Dipen. I apologize for any confusion about SpreadJS licensing. Basically there is a development license which you purchase for your developers. This is to license your developers to use the software to build your application. This includes a 1 year subscription that gives you access to any new releases or hotfix builds that are released within a year of your purchase. There is also a deployment license that you need that covers the individual domains you will deploy your application to (IE yourdomain.com). A deployment license needs to be renewed annually and there are perpetual options available.
