Great suport really. Fast and efficient. Solved a tricky probleme on an old version of Spread. GrapeCity won't let you in trouble , even if the problem concerns 10 years old products !

Pretty good but technical support through E-mail was delayed. I didn't hear back for 1-2 days. Perhaps a phone call would of been better. But the problem was resolved and now I do not have any issues.
