Mr T.Willisson, I sorry that our after sales service did not live upto your expectations. I am putting procedures in place and speaking to the mechanic to ensure that this does not happen again. I have looked at our records and can see that whilst the mechanic did not remove the wheels as you had requested, he did carry out a Full Visual Brake Check and a roadtest and could not fault the brakes. However I am aware that this is not the issue and the wheels should have been removed as requested. I believe we were waiting for you to contact us to rebook the vehicle into our workshop and that we had also offered to collect your vehicle and supply a loan car if required. But I understand that this would have created further inconvenience to you. As a way of an apology, please send us the a copy of the invoice from the garage you took the vehicle to and we shall reimburse you. Also a gesture of goodwill, we are sending you a Voucher for your next Service and MOT to be carried free of charge when due. Kevin, Thank you for completing the Feefo survey and thank you for saying that the customer service that you received was good and you were happy with it. I am aware that unfortunatley your vehicle has developed 2 faults. We have agreed to have the vehicle reapired at the Mercedes Garage of your choice and that they are currently waiting for the parts to come in to repair your vehicle. I believe that the total cost of these 2 repairs is about £1000. We have agreed to cover the full costs of the repairs and we are paying the Mercedes Garage directly. Grant, We have contacted the previous owner of the vehicle, regarding the spare keys. Unfortunately in this instance the vehicle that you purchased was untaxed and it was a bank holiday, otherwise we would offer to go to the post office and tax the vehicle on your behalf.
