Go often
We have a membership so go regularly We get to see most of the animals However not as many as there use to be, we often overhear people who go on a day visit say how disappointing their visit has...

Nice compact zoo with unique animals.
Nice compact zoo, friendly staff. Daughter was happy she got to see animals she hadn't seen before.

Ok, but not worth a second visit
Was ok, expected more from a well regarded zoo. Worth a visit but not my h to tempt me back for a second time unfortunately.

The place was clean and well laid out the staff were friendly and all the animals looked well cared for and happy The food was overpriced and **** tbh but otherwise a good day out

Not value for money
Unfortunately very disappointed alot of empty enclosures, variety of animals, giraffe enclosure shut. Unbale to walk through lemur enclosure no birds in aviary enclosure.Used to be able to spend all...

Dont pre book !!
Stupid policy cant change or refund booked tickets even though i was unwell gou d out later i had covid so potentially made loads of people unwell
