Hi Mr Atalla, I have just chased my colleague Joe who confirmed he's sent you the statement of accounts as requested. Please let me know if you didn't receive it and I'll have him re-send. With regard to the market appraisal, I believe this is being arranged by another colleague Marc, but I'll chase him on this as well. My apologies that it has taken longer than you expected.

Thanks. He had promised to put me in touch with the tennant by email, and also to send me contact details for a lawyer I believe.
Great response from tenancy team on historical information. I love the fact they did not hesitate to help even if my enquiry referred to a previous tenancy.
