Came across as professional however with last two tenants the lettings agent made commitments to future tenants without telling the owner who later had to deal with the problem once they moved in

Won't be using them again. More agents in the area to try.
A rushed job to find me tenants and I've ended up with a nightmare. The price you pay them you'd expect them to do a thorough job at finding the best tenants possible. A bunch of students who destroy...

Poor and sometimes incompetent service
Generally poor customer service. Had to chase up rent collection. Not for the first time either.
