Hi Sam, Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the cost of your renewal. There are so many factors that go into calculating the cost of your renewal like your pet's age, breed and location. We do everything we can to keep our prices low and if you wish to lower your cover or increase your excess this may help lower the cost of your premiums. A quote as a new customer will be lower as it won't take any previous claims into account, you're welcome to take out a new policy with us but any previous conditions claimed for may now be considered pre-existing.
