Would not deal with Lorien if I had another option

Often miss payments, take days to adaquetly respond unless backed by contracted company high level management, no care for contractor despite their mistakes causing very real financial issues for me....

OK, but too complicated.

Process too drawn out and complicated. the website to enter timesheets etc is also complicated. Simplify all the prices, make ore default. Staff though were helpful.

The billing system is extremely poor. All other agencies use self billing.The information about billing dates is not available and is made available on request.
