All sorted in a few mins and rep was booked to come see car a few hours later. After he had been, he left at 6:40pm and money was in my bank by 8pm. Now to me that was a 5☆ service.

I asked for a 200 loan. I felt they forced higher on me

Way was spoke to wasbt great . And the intrest charge is still high eveb though it wasnt cash.. abd i havent recieved the £20 amazon voucher

Thanks for your feedback, Ashley. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly. I can see you have not received an Amazon voucher yet. I'll make sure this gets emailed to you this afternoon.
