Not very helpful
The gentleman that served me was ever soo slow, got there at 13.13 for my 13.30 appointment and didnt leave till about 15.10. There was a lady who drove all the way from salisbury and had to go back...

Their customer service is excellent and so friendly too. If I was experiencing a problem they are will to help me out without going down the route of taking possessions away
