The casing inside the pets is currently as it is to protect the internal mechanism that allow it to look like it is breathing, however we will certainly pass the feedback to the manufacturer for future reference if they were to re-work the item. The product is very good but the time from ordering to receiving the the order was extreemly poor especially when the cost of P&P is taken into account.

Day Clock. Excellent product, really helps my mother through the day

We bought a replacement day clock for my mother, her last one lasted 8 years and was an invaluable tool to enable my mum to keep track of time as her Alzheimer’s progressed. Would highly recommend
