Thank you for your recent feedback. We are sorry for any disappointment caused. Unfortunately a lot of websites do now require an email to allow an order to be placed. Websites need users to have valid email address to prevent spamming of account creation etc..., as well as allowing the company to communicate to you in relation to your purchase. Good product for someone with early stages of dementia.

Items well described in catalogue and arrived well packaged but carer would need to set the clock up as too many stages for someone with cognitive impairment.
