A bit of confusion over availability even though their web site stated that the item was in stock. However, the item was delivered in time for Christmas and before the delayed delivery date stated.

Cute Kitty

We never noticed the sound being a haunting Meow, but we will certainly pass the feedback on to our manufacturers. These types of products either work extremely well for someone living with dementia, or sometimes it doesn't work at all. We do have a free 30 day returns policy so if you ever find products you buy from us are not quite the right fit. Please do not hesitate to return to us for a refund, or replacement to something different.
