We apologise that there was a slow response to your emails. We will always try to respond to an email immediately, but at most ensure a response is sent within 12 hours of receiving an email.
However, from checking our systems I can see you had emailed on the 24th and 28th December during the Christmas break & bank holidays which meant there was a delay in being able to reply to emails. We are very sorry for the delay and any issue caused for yourself.
