Claim handling very poor
Felt like I had to jump through hoops to get my claim processed. Had to use an emergency vet as my dog was poorly out of hours. I was then asked to provide details from my current veterinary practice...

I can't rate the Pet Claims service highly enough - efficient, excellent customer service, always quick to respond and resolve any queries we have. Fair assessment of claims and pay out with no fuss.
