Long time paying claim. They only contacted out vet for treatment confirmation after I chased them after waiting several weeks. Although all paperwork had been received. No communication regarding...

Very good communications and very helpful customer service both on telephone enquiry and written. Very clear claims form and easy to complete with all the relevant information required for my claim

Service was quick but I only had a small claim and on renewal the policy doubled in price at an extortionate price so I cancelled
