easy to do even for a older person but not enough pictures of hotel or atractions
I purchased a 1 day + 1 day free with an overnight stay in one of the recommended hotels, this was for my daughter and grandchildren.

Thanks for taking the time to inform us of your booking experience.
I am truly sorry that you where not aware of the evening entertainment at Leogland Windsor. Most evenings there is generally some kind of entertainment but I can sympathise that you could have enjoyed your trip more had you have known about it.
I will of course see that this is brought up in future training so that our entire customer experience team is informing all guests of the finer points at the Legoland Windsor Resort.
I hope that besides this we can look forward to seeing you and your family again in the near future.
