Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to advise us that some aspects of our booking process left you feeling unclear on a few elements of your short break.
We do try our best to put as much relevant information into our confirmations as to not overload our guests with pages of information. However we are currently in the process of amending our confirmations so all comments regarding this are very gratefully received indeed.
Early access into the Legoland park is something that all Legoland hotel guests are entitled too during their break.
With regards to the splash pool, this is available to all hotel guests at no extra charge. - Sometime's during very busy periods they do indeed operate a timed play system so all guests get a chance to enjoy the facilities on offer.
Ride information such as height restrictions can be found on the Legoland website at http://www.legoland.co.uk/Explore/Activities/. I hope that with this you have a better grasp on planning for your little ones.

Legoland hotel
Excellent night in the hotel couldn't fault it staff friendly. Booked dinner in restaurant for 1830 but children were hungry earlier. Restaurant easily swapped our booking for an earlier time....
