Excellent Service
Got through easily and spoke to a helpful person. Was unable to provide my email straight away so the representative phoned me back. Provided a lot of helpful information. Would recommend this...

the legoland site gives a good show of information about all the hotels available. One of the hotels which I nearly booked is shown in the wrong place on the map though as it is in Marlow, not below...

With regards to our online payment system, we have a lot of security checks in order to protect our guests.
However I am glad that you where able to complete a booking by getting in contact with our friendly customer experience team.
Also, please do accept our apologies for the difference in price due to human error. I am happy that this was corrected before the final payment was made.
