Great customer service.
I made a mistake when booking my Legoland break but Heidi at customer services fixed it and rang me to let me know all was ok. Great service.

easy peasy
Really easy to book, there's plenty of info about each hotel then just select a date and pay, took me all of ten minutes and most of that was taken up choosing a hotel. This is the same time we've...

The customer service i received was excellent. The representitive contacted a hotel to ask if legoland could book some extra rooms to enable 3 families to stay at the same hotel. Brill
