Many thanks for leaving your feedback for us, I can only apologise for the issues that you experienced online and the hold up whilst calling through to us directly, We were experiencing system issues that day which in turn generated an unprecedented number of extra calls into our call center.

Easy booking of short break
Booking short break for Legoland hotel and park tickets was easy ans straight forward using the options provided.
