Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback, I do apologise that you found that the price had increased, We do work on a live booking system where prices change on availability at the hotel so for that I can only apologise. The cancellation waiver is the only thing we cannot add on after a booking has been made, if you would like to call us today 0800 212050 I have made some notes on your booking and a team member will be able to go over this with you.
