Booking process
Easy to use, simple website, good comparison data. Need to be clearer about how 1 day +1 day free works as tickets just give date of first day and no clear details on how to use them for second day

Online booking
Couldnt book online as we dont have postcodes. Rang up. First persons computer crashed while we were booking so had to ring back.Got a really nice guy on the phone and he sorted the booking out.
