Confirmations are usually issued immediately from our system and I'm not sure why this didn't happen for you. It may be worth checking your junk / spam folder in your emails to see if the confirmation is there?

Different prices
I booked my visit along with a friend on the same sight 5 minutes apart my total came to £196 for the package but for her package which was identical to ours it was £192 very confused over the prices
