Delivery was very quick, unfortunately the item did not suite my needs so I had to return the product. It was very simple to get in touch with them and arrange this. They were very polite.
The purchase was confirmed quickly, although if I'd known they use Amazon for delivery I might have chosen a different company - they aren't a reliable delivery company around here.
