Good communication and everything was pretty easy

very good for acid reflux, I sleep a lot better with the pillow. Would like to be able to buy another cover for it, for when I wash the cover that came with the pillow, as yet you dont sell them.

The service was good but not happy that these pillow are NOT cool. Very disappointed. Pillows are comfortable but that is not why I ordered them
