I am sorry to hear the the tee print disintergrated on its first wash. We sell products that should be fir for purpose, this clearly was not. In cases like this we always like to get the product back, so that we can then take the matter up with our supplier, and either refund you or exchange the item.
We have also now altered the wash instructions and care label, which will prevent this occuring again.So thanks for helping to bring this to our attention.
As a thank you and the fact that we can not refund the item I am sending you some vouchers, which I hope you will use and will receive our normal level of product and service.
