Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re the order you placed with Joe Browns. We were very sorry to see that the jacket had to be replaced three times as this is just not acceptable and the way we normaly expect our jacket qualities to be. I have now taken this matter up with the Q.C department and are taking the matter up with the supplier of this jacket. As a valued customer going back to 2007 we are pleased you have high lighted the fact the service was not up to our normal standards, and that the fit on the hoody was unusually large. We have received your return and it was refunded on the 9th February, so please contact us if our records are wrong. Where the item looked diefferent to the images on screen and in the catalogue, we are looking into this immediately. Where we get products that are incorrect to their images, we re photograph the item, the website can be updated immediately, but the catalogue would be updated at the next print run.
