Yes it did affect our holiday hanging around in the cold at LA airport for over an hour. Then same problems contacting the taxi company coming home. Basically all the phone numbers wrong and turns out the taxi company had stopped operating out of LA and sold on the contract to a new company. Jetline should have known about this and informed me i wasted nearly a half day of my limited holiday time.

Sorry Kallum,, my 3 star rating was for the serves on the ship, not Jetlines services. I was very pleased with the ease off booking, sail away details being entered for me and the print out of tickets vouchers etc. We experienced a couple of hiccups with the Nation Express coach booked for us, but the station staff were very helpful to resolve them

We did enjoy our cruise and the fellowship of out table guests very much . It could however have been outstanding in the dinning room with better prepared food and more interesting menu. Portion sizes were fine. The overall ambiance of the cruise would have been greatly enhanced without the constant change over of large numbers of guests.
