Cruise Great , Miami stay terrible
Jetline were very good arranging cruise , but the hotel they booked us into in Miami was terrible, The Colony Hotel , never stay there.it was one star if possible to give it a star

Too much admininistration
I booked and paid in full and was then advised that the flights I had been offered had risen in price. The flights I was then offered added an extra overnight and resulted in an a very early start...

Good booking management and service
Booked via Daily Mail. They chose a good partner. Jetline handled the booking and after sales very well. Only the final transfer needed to be changed
