We at Jan Forster Estates value all feedback whether good or bad as this allows any downfalls that may arise in our customer service levels to be addressed and corrected. I have looked through the inventory and can see that you have supplied comments within the 7 day allotted period which will all be taken into account when the time comes for you to vacate the property. I can also see that a lot of the comments received have already been flagged up on the inventory for example the walls to the entrance hall have been flagged as marked and scratched. However, I can also see that a few items have been missed for example, the scratch to the lounge floor. We always give our tenants a chance to add their comments in the event that some items are missed during the inspection. With regards to the utility providers and council tax, we use a third party company called The Tenant Shop to inform local authorities and energy providers of your meter readings and date of move in.
