Hi Martin, thank you for your feedback. Our all instructions are picture instruction so you don't have to speak any language to understand them. We have delivery zones clearly stated in all our item descriptions and you are in our Orange Zone where we charge £40 for wardrobes and £20 for chest of drawers. Also it states that we deliver to your area within 1-10 working days, you bought last item on 8th December but left us 3 starts on 16th,  which is a bit unfair to us, because your item has been shipped with ParcelForce  and we didn't charge for the shipping as you are returning customer. We wish you contacted us first before leaving 3 stars as we have good products and did everything as we say we would, and even saved you money.
