Dear Joanna,
I am sorry to hear of your issues with this order. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and it is very unusual for our customers to experience difficulty in contacting us. However, it is very important that you have brought this to our attention and I have personally spoken to the web order team regarding this. They have also informed me that they have since spoken with you on the phone and a full refund including delivery charge has been issued. 
Please accept my apologies once again and I hope you can return to enjoy our products soon.
