Good at getting tenants, generally good at communication (depending on staff involved), poor on ensuring checks on property before tenants hand over tenancy and on interim checks (6-9 monthly).

Dear Landlord,

Thank you for your honest feedback.

We have recently re-trained our staff on inspections and follow ups, and our software diarises the following inspections as mandatory on every managed property;

* 1st inspection 3 months after the move in date

* Further inspections every 6 months

* A further inspection prior to a tenant renewing

* An inspection if a tenant is ever 7 days in arrears
