Poor Communication

The reporting system online is good if Let leeds manage the property, however we report to let leeds and then out landlord sorts it. However there always seems to be a lack of communication somewhere...

I am really sorry to hear that the reporting system is not working for you.

When a landlord decides to carry out their own maintenance this can sometimes cause communication problems between Tenants, Let Leeds and the contractors.

We will be speaking to the team shortly about this and will recommend the contractor using our fixflo system so that they can communicate with you as a tenant much more effectively. I hope we can resolve this problem for you. Thank you for your honest feedback.
